Quick WalkthroughBasically, you need to take the bag of worms, and bring em to the fisherman. End of quest
Detailed Walkthrough1) Go to the position indicated in the map above, and talk to the questgiver there 2) Walk back to Sloeford (or towards the resurection monolith) 3) Walk north in sloeford, until you reach a T-section in the road 4) From here on, ignore the roads, and walk through the grass towards the water. 5) A fisherman will be sitting on a small platform here. Talk to him and your quest is done.
