(19.8% + 0.2% per CA level further decrease) Roar - Reduces the attack value of affected opponents. (50 + 2 per CA level reduction) Gold Cyclone - Increases the duration of the blizzard (50% increase) Extended Nimbus - Increases the radius of the blizzard.
