Quick Walkthrough
Kill the four kobold builders and return to Ranger Menteriel for your reward.
Detailed Walkthrough
The first kobold builder is somewhere directly North of the quest giver; head in that direction (as nearly as the terrain allows) and kill him when you find him. The second is to the East (and possibly slightly North or South) of the first. The third is North of the second, and the fourth is Southwest of the third. To get to the fourth (considering the terrain), it is easier to return to Menteriel, then head North and Northwest. Go up the hill and the builder should be to the Northeast – this builder is usually fairly static. Return to Menteriel for your reward (and to learn the fate of the others who tried it!)
Logbook Entry
Ranger Menteriel has asked me to kill the four Kobolds that are erecting a watchtower nearby. The Kobolds want to control the road. They must be stopped!
I found the builders. Their building days are over! I should return to Menteriel and collect my reward now.
The Ranger Menteriel was pleased with my success. Two other adventurers had already failed to complete the task. He should have come to me first.
Notes
- Note: Three of the four builders move around, so the walkthrough directions may be a little out; just follow your quest indicators and you should find the Kobolds without too much trouble.
