Click on the grave between Silver Creek and the trading post.
Fight the undead creature.
Collect the loot.
Detailed Walkthrough
There is a grave between Silver Creek and the trading post.
Open the grave by clicking on it.
Kill the undead. After you get his message and collect the loot he drops, you will have a sword named Enlightened Iron and some other items.

This sword has better stats in each level of the game. It always has 2 slots. It always has some percentage of magic find and some percentage of chance to trap flying critters.
