Talk to the formerly trapped Seraphim.
Detailed Walkthrough
All classes can do part one of this quest. Enter the cave north east of Bellevue. Kill the mage standing near the trapped Seraphim. Talk to the Seraphim.
The second part of this quest is Seraphim class only.
