Talk to Gernott. He tells you to stand there and then he and the two mages leave the building.

After they all reach their places the quest will automatically update. Head outside, into the target area and wait for a few moments. The other three will perform some sort of ritual and you will automatically receive the final quest, Small Problem, as five demons spawn around you!
