Talk to Mourning Lilly to learn of her concerns about noises further into the ruins.

Head into the ruins to investigate, where you'll discover a few ghosts and half a dozen skeletons have moved in. Destroy the 6 skeletons (the ghosts don't count) and then head back to Lilly for your reward.

  • Note: The quest Sinister Figures, which starts from Benny's Corn Circles, also takes place in these ruins; this can be beneficial for higher level characters who want to cut down on running back and forth, but is potentially dangerous for lower level characters against the higher level enemies in the area.
