(50% increase in hit speed) Wrath - Ice damage of lightning is increased. (71.4% increase in Ice damage) Silver Momentum - Further decreases movement speed of opponent caught in blizzard. (19.8% + 0.2% per CA level further decrease) Roar - Reduces the attack value of affected opponents. (500 + 20 per CA level, see below) Gold Cyclone - Increases the duration of the blizzard (50% increase) Extended Nimbus - Increases the radius of the blizzard. (+25%) Skills The following skills will affect this combat art: Mystic Stormite Lore - improves damage, critical chance and casting speed Mystic Stormite Focus - improves regeneration time and maximum combat art levels Concentration - directly improves regeneration time Ancient Magic - directly improves combat art damage Combat Discipline - directly improves combat art damage, and improves regeneration time when used in combo Usage Strategies A standard AoE that can be modded either for damage or for mass debuffing of monster attack values. The Roar mod uses a particular formula to calculate the attack value reduction: 1-1/(1+(500+20*CA lvl)/1000). For level 1, this gives 1-1/(1+(500+20*1)/1000) = 34.2% reduction, level 10 gives 1-1/(1+(500+20*10)/1000) = 41.2% reduction, level 50 gives 1-1/(1+(500+20*50)/1000) = 60% reduction.
