Charolus' wife, it seems, works for the Orcish Byway Runemaster. She will tell you that she'd love to get you something for helping her husband out and ordering the new boat, but she's fresh out of herbs needed to make potions. So for your final task in this quest chain, you need to hunt up some herbs so she can cook up a few good potions for you.
So you take off into the woods and collect the herbs where the quest markers indicate and when you've gotten what you need, return to Charolus' wife. She will then brew up and give you some health potions.
