Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to Commander Iskari
- Go to the Cultists' camp
- Kill off the 3 cultists there
- Return to Iskari with a prisoner
- Talk to Iskari
Detailed Walkthrough
Once again, talk to Commander Iskari and he will send you to the nearby Cultists' camp north of the Prisoner's Camp. He wants a prisoner to interrogate - so you need to bring one back in one piece.
When you get there, you'll find the camp is more of a shrine to who knows what "god". You'll find 3 cultists guarding the place. Kill them and talk to the 4th one who is deeper inside the "camp" with the question mark overhead. He'll give you some lame excuse that he was just passing through the area and the cultists forced him to wear the robes. He will join your party and return with you to the prisoner camp. Talk to Iskari who will then proceed to take your charge into custody and debrief him. Quest complete.

Notes
As noted on the quest's front page, something odd happened when I went through this quest. The cultist survivor joined the party, but never followed me to the camp. He wasn't killed - there was no Quest Failed message. I was able to talk to Iskari back at the camp and he took him into custody.
This is somewhat like the Sacred 1 quest where you have to find the little girl's mother on the lava plains. She may get killed, but more often than not, you can talk to the little girl and she will be happy to see her mother.
