Quick Walkthrough
- Follow the Weapons dealer's trail.
- Go into the basement
- go into the dark door leading down
- Get in the boat
- go into the room and find the Weapons Dealer and two of his cronies.
- Talk to the Weapons Dealer
- Kill the 2 cronies
- Talk to the weapons dealer again
- He will agree to rat out the Lord of the Castle if you spare his life.
- Escort the Weapons Dealer to the Informant in the military camp west of Black Oaks.

The Quick Walkthrough pretty much covers all of the bases. Go into the basement, go to the lower level, jump in the boat and go after the Weapons Dealer and his men.
