Ortlewyn is a leader of the Inquisition unit that is camped out next to the Noriath Temple. He considers the area of the Noriath's Corner perfectly suited as a training area of the Inquisition forces and wants to get it under control. That is why Arictocratic agents and Lumen priests consider him a dangerous enemy.
