Quick Walkthrough

• Talk to Gnarl
• Fetch 5 Goblin brains and 5 Goblin livers
• Return to Gnarl
• Collect cauldron of Slimy Gobs and Goo
• Return to Jangletooth and deliver the putrid mess

Detailed Walkthrough

When we last left our anti-hero, he was told by Gnarl that he was fresh out of Goblin brains - one of the key ingredients in Slimy Gobs and Goo. If you go fetch some, he will get the rest of it ready to go. So you exit the cave, go to where the pointer shows a concentration of Goblins and go on a killing spree. Harvest the organs and when you've got enough, return to Gnarl's cave. He will put the rest of the pot together so you can go back to Jangletooth and deliver the stuff.
