The Portal is actually a cave south of the Southern Outpost in the Crystal Plane region. It connects the southern and northern areas of the region and is the only way to cross from one to the other.

Quests & NPC's
Transportation
From the northern side, the Southern Outpost monolith and boat portal are closest. Head a short distance south to reach the cave. On the southern side, use the Crystal Cottages monolith or boat portal and travel through The Labyrinth to reach the southern entrance of the cave.
Enemies
Inside the cave a player can encounter Skelacins and Aracins.
