The Southern Dragon Sea Isle is home to Mer-Kil, a friendly dragon that will help you progress through the Main Quest. This is also the last stop to stock up on gear before heading out to fight the Carnach Demon Boss.

Transportation
The quickest way to this island is to use the Human Outpost portal and head west thru the cave towards the Carnach Boss
