Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Chief Astronomer Nomengalus to learn that he needs a shipment of spare parts taken to workers waiting to fix a leaking T-Energy transmission pipe.
Head east across the covered bridge and then immediately turn north and head down a steep set of stairs. ContinuenNorth until the road reaches a T-junction, then turn right (east). Follow the road until the next T-junction where you should turn left (north). Continue down this road until you see the workers and the broken pipe (the blue glow effect of the T-Energy makes it impossible to miss, even at night!).
Talk to the Observatory Employee to receive your reward; Nomengalus will now offer you the next part of this quest chain if you return to the Celestial Dome and speak to him again.
