Kurt the Cunning is the leader of a small group of outlaws that are controlling a jade mine. You'll need to speak to Kurt if you hope to get any jade for Jeweler Finebond. You go in expecting the worst since, well, they are outlaws but surprisingly Kurt is more than willing to sell you some jade for a nominal price.
