Quick Walkthrough

• Talk to Harol the Informant
• Follow the Weapon Dealer into Black Oaks
• Go to the entrance to the basement under the house
• Go into the basement
• Go into the dark door leading down
• Get in the boat
• Go into the room and find the Weapons Dealer and two of his cronies.
• Talk to the Weapons Dealer
• Kill the 2 cronies
• Beat up the Weapons Dealer until he surrenders.

Detailed Walkthrough

Harol the Informant's plan begins to bear fruit. You've successfully concluded the arms deal. Harol tells you to follow the Weapons Dealer into town to see where he goes. He will lead you to a basement entrance.

Follow him into the basement. Say... Where did he go? You find a door to the left of the door leading up. The left door goes down into a deeper level - one with an underground river and a boat. Jump in the boat which will take you to a chamber under Fortress Reikenstein. Go into the room and you'll find the Weapons Dealer and two of his 'friends'...

Talk to the Weapons Dealer who will then tell his cronies to attack. Kill them and beat the Weapons Dealer up a bit until he surrenders. This will end this quest and start the stuff nightmares are made of...

Tailing the suspect isnt very difficult. Just stay behind him. He's pretty oblivious to what's going on around him.
