Talk to Ambul to learn that he needs some Rare Nameless Stone.
Obtain a few pieces of Rare Nameless Stone for Ambul!
Greetings! Are you familiar with the ruins close to here? At night many restless spirits wander around there. They were once High Elf mages, but they failed while trying to exorcise an evil spirit. They forgot the most important ingredient for the ritual, a few fragments of the rare nameless stone. Now their souls haunt the ruins. If the ritual is completed it will release their restless souls in the process! Bring me some of the stone. I sdw some fragments in the area on the other side of the river.
Head north from Ambul as far as the main road between Twainbrook and Thylysium (you can either follow the main road north or the track through that camp where you pick up The Hunter Camp chain quest). Head west over the Torreya Brook and turn southwest. The Rare Stone is up a hill to the south of Twainbrook, but is close enough to the cliff edge that you should be able to grab it without needing to run all the way around. Run as close to the cliff edge as you can and then use the Auto-Pickup (Q by default).
Once you have the stone return to Ambul for your reward.
You can then speak to him again for the second part of this chain.
