Quick Walkthrough
Talk to Hugh Tuburgh and agree to get him something to drink.
Go back to the main well in Silver Creek and pick up the well water.
Return to Hugh Tuburgh. Give him the water to complete the quest.
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Hugh Tuburgh and agree to get him something to drink. You will find him standing in the graveyard off the road going north west out of Silver Creek
Go back to the main well in Silver Creek and pick up the well water.
Return to Hugh Tuburgh. Give him the water to complete the quest. You do find out that he prefers something other than water to drink.
