Detailed Walkthrough
At the bottom of Schlun'Zum, you will meet Scout Marlion. He will tell you about a giant ogre that lives in a cave nearby, and he asks you to kill the ogre.
Destroy the mad Ogre!
Ssh! This way! Not far from here is a cave. My commander told me to scout it but a massive Ogre is in there! He is bigger and even more bloodthirsty than any Ogre you have seen before. Don't go in there unprepared. I will keep watch for you, then I can go back.
Enter the cave immediately opposite Scout Marlion. In the back of the cave, you will encounter Thranak. Kill him to complete the quest.

Notes
- The Ice Lord quest takes place in the cave where Thranak lives, so you will want to do both quests together.
- On the console versions, Thranak appears in the same location, but there is no quest.
