Also known as the Island Dragon, since he is the only dragon found on an island. He is considered to be a more challenging dragon, since the small island leaves little room for movement.
The normal way to get to the island, and the only way for a Wood Elf or Dwarf, is through the small portal at the end of the back cave in Crow's Rock Castle. But if you have a character that can Phase Shift, fly or jump, you can just hop onto the island. The island is location roughly in between Porto Vallum and Crow's Rock Castle.
