Was present in the vanilla game files but never used in-game. Some mods like Enhanced Edition or Purist Fixpack restore him as a boss of the side quest Take the Initiative.

Notes

  • Has 0 Ice armor, but 100% Ice damage mitigation. Can't be damaged by Ice without means of penetrating the immunity like for example Mastered Ancient Magic.
  • Can cast an Ice projectile, Poison cloud and has a teleport that most Sand People use.
  • Regular attacks do Physical and Magic damage.
  • Has a contingent of Elite Personal Guards near him but can be easily lured away from them to fight him alone.
