Speak to Malfaniel the Spokesman, standing next to the exit of Alkazaba noc Draco.
He will tell you to find the merchant who has stolen a dragon's egg.
If you talk with the merchant, he will turn into a red magician
Kill him and his warghs
Bring the egg back to Malfaniel and get your reward
