Talk to Timoch the Innkeeper to learn of his unfortunate circumstances.
Head north past the blacksmith out of Twainbrook, up the hill to the Twainbrook Cemetery at the top. Argatha, Timoch’s wife, will be wandering around somewhere in this area; follow your quest indicator and you should find her without too much trouble.
Kill Argatha, then return to Timoch for your reward.
