Officer Wendelin is Arthur's superior. He's in charge of the current campaign against the Unholy Crusade in Eastern Artamark. Lately the Crusaders have been ambushing most of his patrols to the point he may have to withdraw his troops from the area. You help out by thinning their ranks a bit. When you return to him, he had a patrol return and found out the Crusade is planning on summoning a demon. You help him go and disrupt their ceremony.
