Once you speak with Chronicler Ralghar and identify the family who's symbol is on the amulet, you have a bit of a problem. You need to verify Kulghar hasn't risen from the grave but Dryads do not bury criminals within their cemeteries. The only person that might know the location of the grave is Priest Krabagh. You go and speak with her and are relieved to find out she does know where he is buried and is willing to show you.
