Each hit draws life from opponent: +x%, or Life Leech as it is commonly called, is an item modifer that restores life to your character based upon the damage you inflict upon your enemies. Most commonly it is associated with several Vampiress runes, although it is also found on some high quality weapons, armor and jewelry.
