Speak with Senior Novice Leandra.
Defeat seven level 4 robbers (Bronze game), including an Evil Mage boss.
Return to Senior Novice Leandra to begin the next quest.
Detailed Walkthrough
When you speak with Senior Novice Leandra, she says, "Al Taro, Sword Sister! I need your help! You must fight the robbers who have landed on the riverbank.
"Stop the villains desecrating the novices' chambers and threatening with abduction.
"Please, Seraphima, call upon your heavenly power and repel these wicked robbers. I will await here for your victorious return."
Exit and, heading right, make your way to the back of the building. You should begin encountering robbers well before you reach the back of the building. There are seven level 4 robbers (Bronze game) in all, one of them an Evil Mage boss. The boss hangs around a camp fire behind the temple and by the river.
Defeat the robbers and make your way back to Senior Novice Leandra to begin the next quest. You'll receive no reward, but the boss should have dropped some nice loot for you.

Find the Robbers while they Land
Wicked villains, robbers, cut-throats and thieves who have no shame or mercy have landed on the riverbank to the north of the abbey.
They are intent on evil, these villains, they plan to feast upond the flesh of the Sisters of Light!
Through the justice of my sword, I shall teach them a lesson they will never forget and protect the young novices!
The river pirates have been brought to justice for their impudence. I must go to First Novice Leandra and tell her that danger has been averted.
Quest completed.
Notes
If you decide to tackle this quest immediately after beginning the game, you'll likely have very little armor equiped and will take some heavy damage when fighting the mage, or if you encounter too many of the robbers at once. If this is your first time playing Sacred, don't be afraid to use your health potions. Believe me, you'll find plenty more.
