Talk to Lieutenant Rinah to learn Inquisitor Monwarion wants to speak to you.

The living quarters are South of the room where Lieutenant Rinah stands. Head back through the dungeon until you reach the first corridor junction and turn left (East). Inquisitor Monwarion is in the rooms at the end on the right (South).

Talk to Monwarion for your reward, and you can then talk to him again for the next quest, Problems in the Central Dungeon.
