Detailed Walkthrough

Talk to Melantion to learn that he is in need of more wine.

Head West out of Twainbrook. Turn North after you cross the river and follow the track until you reach a mill near a cellar.

Head into the mill building and talk to Wine Merchant Naia to learn that she has a spider infestation problem. Conveniently she is willing to pay you a couple of barrels of wine if you eliminate the vermin.

Go down into the wine cellar and kill any 6 of the many spiders lurking down there. Return to Naia for your promised two barrels of wine, then return to Melantion for your reward.
