Talk to Keltar to learn there are a couple of people who know too much.
Head South out of Sonnenwind to Teardrop Hamlet, where Keltar’s sister and brother-in-law live.
Kill them both, then return to Sonnenwind and inform Keltar.
You will automatically receive the final quest in this chain, Keltar's Innocence.
