The above services are located on Seraphim Island (which the tower is on)

The Seraphim Tower is located in the center of Seraphim Island and it dominates the surrounding area. It is also home to the Sophia, Oldest of the Seraphim

Transportation

Monolith and portal on island. If you have neither, then the easiest way in MP is to use the underground portal located on the Starting Isle.

Lots of Ice Elementals and Stone Creatures in the area surrounding the tower
