Looks like some noble and wealthy elves spend all their time giving parties and having fun. At least Melantion really does. When you meet him, he is hopelessly drunk and wants to drink even more. He even thinks that he's on the party... with three instances of himself as guests! But now the party seems to be over, since he ran out of wine. Since you're quite sure that he would drink something anyway, you decide to accept his request and to get him some barrels of a good red wine.
