You will find Ruban ben Hassan at the northern edge of the Sands of Thousand Antennae, standing among the T-Energy pools. He asks for you to kill the king of the Minotaurs, called Holos, the Paralyzer.

Travel north into the mountains for a short distance, and you will come to a cave.

Holos is in the back of the cave and will attack you on site. Simply kill Holos to complete the quest.
