A child in East Turbak, named Delia, tells you that the Harpy Queen lives nearby. She does not ask you to kill the Harpy Queen, but it sound fun, so why not?

The Harpy Queen lives in a cave just north of the village.

The Harpy Queen is in the back of the cave, with her minions. All you have to do now, is kill her, and the quest is complete.
