Arthur is a scout in the King's army. He was part of a patrol that was ambushed by the Dark Army. His whole patrol was wiped out, and Arthur is mortally wounded. He asks that you report the patrol's demise to his superior, Officer Wendelin with his dying breath.
Location
- Arthur can be located north of Ulli's Potato Field right next to the Dark Army Camp.
