You got to Chronicler Ralghar with an amulet you found off a man you tried to attack you near Dyr-Laigh. The amulet has a family or clan symbol on it but you do not recognize it. Ralghar remembers the symbol. It belonged to a family that died out more than 50 years ago. It was the amulet of the family patriarch, Kulghar, who was executed for a felony he committed. So what was that guy doing with it?
