The Dead Woman was a victim of Kulghar's reign of terror. Kulghar came back from the dead and now seeks his victims near Dyr-Laigh. The Dead Woman is bound to Kulghar until you kill his undead form and send his soul to hell. Once that happens, her soul will then finally be free to travel to the afterlife.
