Tobias does not have a glamorous job. But like he says, "It has to be done". Unfortunately his job has become even more dangerous. Some Kobolds have decided the sewers will make a nice home. If you can defeat the Kobolds, Tobias can get back to work. And one thing a city needs to work is it's sewers.
