Old Lebbart has lived in Wargfels for almost a century. He would be the one to ask if you had any questions about the history of the town. You ask him if he knows any reason why Spirli's crops are withering and dying while everyone else seems to have no problems. Old Lebbart remembers that the land used to be a cemetery long ago and maybe the spirits of the dead aren't too happy having produce growing above them. Sound like the best course of action is to talk to the local priest, so you go in search of village priest, Rufus.
