In Lizurath, you meet Werewolf Jack who collects shrunken heads. He is out of heads to shrink, so he wants you to get him some.
Bring me five Olm heads!
I don't know about you, but I adore shrunken olm heads! In fact I'm a passionate collector! Shrinking olm heads is such a wonderful way to relax, when you're pulling their brains out through their nose you just forget everything else around you. It's almost transcendental
Unfortunately I've tun out of olm heads to shrink. I could hunt them myself, but as a Werewolf you tend to tear everything you catch to shreds! Perhaps you could give me a helping paw, ahem, hand? Bring me five olm heads.
Well, olms are not hard to find in The Swamp, but not all olms will drop heads. There does not appear to be any way to identify which olms will and which will not, so just follow the quest compass.

Once you have the five heads, return to Lizurath and talk to Jack again.
This quest is complete.
