Talk to Village Elder Arilyn to learn of the problem.
Head south out of Sonnenwind until you reach Teardrop Hamlet. If you are playing with the Ice and Blood expansion, you can just use the town portal if it is active.
Talk to Apothecary Azaibrar – he’s in the building just to the South of the Blacksmith – to receive the plague cure, then return to Sonnenwind.
Talk to Elder Arilyn and she will tell you to take it to the affected villagers by the waterside. As you complete this part of the quest you receive a fair amount of experience.
Talk to each one in turn (Eleridd, Etesataas, Hirititr, Nahiseeh, Anataraon) to cure them. You will receive another reward in experience after talking to Anataraon.

Notes
- Note: You can speak to any or all of the three guards (Dentaeh, Enacein and Liddotr) before completing (or accepting) this quest; they will warn you to keep away from those with the plague as they have been quarantined. They do not, however, block your route onto the waterside area where the sick people are lying. Once you talk to Anataraon any guards you have not spoken to will lose the exclamation mark from above their head, and all the guards will leave their posts.
