Quick Walkthrough
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Gladiator Instructor Arim and he will offer you a chance to prove your skills.
Fight in the arena!
You look like someone who knows how to fight. I have a suggestion. Why don't you fight some of my trainees? If you are able to survive the fight, and I'm sure you will, I will give you some compensation for your efforts.
Head up into the arena.
There are four enemies for you to defeat; Ferorg, Bortek, Polar and Woran. None of them are particularly difficult. Ferorg has pretty much even defence against all damage types, but a little more magic than anything else. Bortek is a Kobold, so has a little fire defence. Polar is an earth elemental, and has a little magic defence. Woran is an ogre, and has about equal fire and physical defence. If you’re worried, the best weapons are probably ice and poison, since only Ferorg defends against these.
Once the four gladiator trainees are dead, return to Gladiator Instructor Arim for your reward.
Impressive! I must admit that I didn't really think that you would live through it. Here, your reward!

Notes
- Note: The quest giver does not spawn until you are sent to him by the Grand Inquisitor Nimonuil as part of the main shadow campaign quest The Center of Power. You must have begun the main shadow campaign quest Through the Wall before you can talk to him to receive this quest.
- Note: The gladiator Ferorg that you have to defeat uses the same model as the 'Alien' in the Corn Circles quest, with a different skin.
- Trivia: Panem et Circenses means 'Bread and Circuses' (or more precisely, 'Bread and the Games') and is a metaphor for handouts and petty amusements that politicians use to gain popular support. More information can be found on Wikipedia [1]here[/URL].
