The Eastern Dragon Sea Island is fairly remote. Not much of interest on the Island except for the Flame Lord. Other than that it is simply a resting spot to come up for a little fresh air and sunshine before continuing your underground trek thru the Carnach Cave

Transportation
Quickest way is to use the Human Outpost portal and head north out of the outpost then go in a westerly track to find the cave exit leading to the island
