In High Elf Outpost 1 you can find the below services. See Map Icons:

This High Elf Outpost is north Sloeford and west of Twainbrook. It is there to defend the towns from the kobolds that infest all the western Tyr Lysia region, from north to south lands.
There are lots of military tents and High Elf Soldiers here, which fight day after day against the little monsters that surround the camp. It's also a place where players can look for some adventures.

Side Quests
- Commander Erestor: Involve in The Brigand Camp chain quest.
- Commander Shauir: Involved in DeElfici I - The Promissory Note. This is part of the High Elf Shadow path chain quest.
- Soldier: Quest giver for the Unexpected News quest.
Transportation
The quickest way to get here is walking from Sloeford, the closest town, which is very near to the south.
Enemies
The lands near the outpost are infested of Kobolds, Kobold Warriors and Kobold Shamans. Also some boars can be found in the nearby forests.
