This soldier is guarding the the southwest entrance to Sloeford. He is in charge of keeping the highwaymen, brigands and other outlaws out of the town.

This is the quest giver for the Missing Patrol and Leader of the Pack quests in the chain quest Hunting Highwaymen.

- He is not the only NPC named High Elf Soldier. There is also the High Elf Soldier from the Brigand Camp.
