The Human Outpost is a settlement set up by Blackhammer and his freedom fighters. He's been trying to free the human slaves from becoming a dragon snack for years. Many of the slaves have found their freedom by finding sanctuary in the outpost before continuing on to the mainland.

- Outpost Commander: Involved in The Oldest of the Immortal in Chapter 5 of the Main Quest.

- Helga Parmiter: Ascaron employee involved in Epic Office Quest quest.
