  • Hurricane - Increases lightning frequency. (50% increase in hit speed)
  • Wrath - Ice damage of lightning is increased. (71.4% increase in Ice damage)

  • Momentum - Further decreases movement speed of opponent caught in blizzard. (19.8% + 0.2% per CA level further decrease)
  • Roar - Reduces the attack value of affected opponents. (50 + 2 per CA level reduction)

  • Extended Nimbus - Increases the radius of the blizzard. (+25%)

Usage Strategies

Raging nimbus is best used against bosses and for mass killing. Strive for lower regeneration time and mod it for improved duration - this will allow you to keep numerous raging nimbuses on the battlefield, this maximizing its utility (for slowing numerous opponents) and it's damage.
