Main Quest
- Octagolamus: Boss enemy in Wet Danger in Chapter 3 of the Main Campaign.
Side Quests
- Hermit: Involved in the Daemonic Rituals quest of the Dark Rituals chain. This quest is available only with the Community Patch.

There is a monolith in the mountains near Tol Rumazil itself. Closest portal can be found at Za'Zuruik.
